Kevin Vobeyda was a great realtor in helping us find our new home. We gave Kevin a virtually impossible task of finding our next house. The list was very long and very specific, throughout the process, Kevin set up a daily email that let us know of anything coming up. He was also very accommodating in working with our schedule to set up viewings. Kevin showed us many homes that fit what we asked for but none had the feel of what we were looking for. Where many realtors could have gotten frustrated with us, Kevin understood and rolled with it knowing he could find us exactly what we wanted, which he eventually did. During the negotiation, Kevin’s experience was huge asset for us, not only by researching the home’s history but he set up an inspection which let us know of any issues we would have to deal with and then negotiated a price armed with that knowledge. Kevin, thank you for your patience and not firing us, we realize that what we were asking was not an easy fit, and in hindsight, only 5 or 6 houses in Grande Prairie would have been a good fit, but in the end we got exactly one of those homes.
